We had an unforgettable farm-to-table experience at this popular Lewes spot, featuring incredibly fresh and expertly prepared dishes. We came to celebrate a few birthdays and were treated to exemplary service and amazing food. In addition to the great food, Heirloom served up some of the most scrumptious, imaginative cocktails in town. I started with the Banana Old Fashioned which offered a delicious, unique combination of banana liqueur and shaved chocolate to complement the high quality bourbon. I shared the Winter Grain Salad which was a generous portion of brown sugar oat crumble with fresh berries, citrus fruit, and arugula. This was a refreshing and delicious way to kick-off the meal. For my entree, I had the Shrimp & Grits. The succulent, mouth-watering shrimp was surrounded by creamy grits and complemented with perfectly spiced andouille sausage. This was a truly memorable dining experience from start to finish, and I can't wait to go back.

Heirloom was amazing and we had a wonderful experience. It was the best food we had on our trip - and we had some great food! Freshness and quality were outstanding. Sourdough bread and honey, chamomile butter divine. I had the New England Halibut, which was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Heirloom Veggie Bowl, amazing farm to table. We shared the Kennett Square mushroom mix highly recommend. Our server, Angel, was wonderful. Parking is on the side streets by the restaurant. We didn’t have any trouble finding parking off season. The town of Lewes, DE is adorable.

We attended a pre-wedding dinner as part of a large group and shared a room with a larger group. The accommodations worked out well, eventually, but as we were seated and the other group were just arriving - it was a bit loud for the hearing challenged.

The staff were excellent, the food was delicious and our evening was very enjoyable and, despite the the pre-dinner acoustics, entirely memorable.
